NO trash collection services on Monday December 25th or Monday January 1st.
If your trash collection day is normally on Mondays; it will be picked up Tuesday, normally on Tuesday; it will be picked up Wednesday, normally on Wednesday; it will be picked up on Thursday, normally on Thursday; it will be picked up on Friday , normally on Friday; it will be picked up on Saturday.

Dec. 4, 2017 - Jan. 12, 2018: Annual City Leaf Pick-Up
Leaf pick up starts December 4th and will run through Januay 12th, 2018 (7:00am-3:30pm on the day before your street sweeping day). Christmas trees will be picked up starting December 26th through January 12th. Place trees out crubside on your normal trash collection day. All trees must be free of ornaments, light and stands. Trees left out after January 12th will be subject to a collection fee. Please DO NOT put your leaves in bags!

Audio and Tactile Maps for the Blind and Visually Impaired
Manteca Transit is one of four Transit Centers In San Joaquin County to introduce “Talk to Me Maps”, a new service that makes navigating the Manteca Transit System and other systems within the San Joaquin Regional area easier for blind and visually impaired passengers. A braille/large print map is available upon request at the Manteca Transit Center and the maps work with talking smart pens to assist passengers with trip planning and where to board buses. Winter Break Day Camp!
Camp (for ages 5-12) features arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, movies and more! Morning and afternoon snacks provided; child brings sack lunch daily. Children must be able to use restroom unassisted. See flyer for more info!

February 23 or 24, 2017: Father-Daughter Dance!
Manteca Youth Advisory Commission presents a Father-Daughter Dance on either Friday or Saturday (your choice of date) at the Manteca Senior Center. This year's theme is "Superhero!" See flyer for details!

March 4, 2018 - Everly Brothers Experience
Real life brothers Dylan and Zachary Zmed and The Bird Dogs Band bring a genuine and heartfelt Everly Brothers Experience to the stage in this exuberant concert celebrating the extrordinary harmonies created by Don and Phil Everly. When the guitar became electric, the Everly Brothers bridged the gap between Country and Rock'n Roll. With so many hits and classics including "All I Have to Do is Dream," "Cathy's Clown," and so much more. Trip includes round-trip transportation, hosted dinner, and bus driver's gratuity. Limited number of tickets available for this performance. Cost is $55.00 per person.

March 14-16, 2018 - Annual Snow Train Trip - Reno, Nevada
Travel by motor coach to Sacramento to board the California Zephyr for one-way transfer to Reno. Upon arrival in Reno, we transfer for a two-night stay at the Eldorado Resort. Information on an optional dinner/show package as well as optional free day trip will be available at a later date. Trip includes round-trip transportation to and from Manteca Senior Center, reserved seating on the California Zephyr from Sacramento to Reno, two-night stay at Eldorado Hotel, daily breakfast at the Chef's Buffet at the Eldorado, baggage handling, all taxes and gratuities. Cost: $265.00 per person, double occupancy. Single Supplement is $62.00.

October 11-18, 2018 - Colors of New England
8 Days, 10 Meals (7 Breakfasts, 3 Dinners). Trip Highlights: Boston, Woodstock, Quechee Gorge, Stowe, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, Rocks Estates, North Conway, Lake Winnipesaukee Cruise, Kancamagus Highway, Boothbay Harbor, and a Lobster Dinner! During the Fall season, these tours offer the perfect opportunity for viewing spectacular Fall foliage. This tour requires averae physical activity; you should be in good health, able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances over uneven grounds and cobblestone street. Because the northern lights are a Winter event, you will be walking and waiting outdoors.
